General Alphonso Knoxx is the leader of Cerberus' North America Division. He is an experimental "Colossus", one of the largest and mightiest soldiers in Cerberus, and undoubtedly one of the greatest soldiers of humanity. General Knoxx is a mighty human warrior, measuring over 10 feet tall in armor. He wears a special battle harness, which is made from the same material as Cerberus' destroyer spacecraft, and augmentations that grants him superhuman strength. He is the undisputed commander of Cerberus' American armed forces, and he answers only to the Illusive Man himself. He is feared by his enemies, and greatly respected by his allies and other members of Cerberus.
General Knoxx has served Cerberus for much of his augmented life, fighting across many battlefields to secure victory for Cerberus, and often succeeding in his campaigns. He is a callous and headstrong soldier, but his bull-headed nature never gets in the way of his brilliant tactics. General Knoxx, as a member of the Global Council, was called to a summit of Cerberus' leaders at the behest of the Illusive Man himself, and works without hesitation towards the Chairman's next plans...
